Who are we?

REBOOTCAMP Project:

The REBOOTCAMP is a dynamic European initiative designed to address the growing digital skills gap among youth, particularly those not in employment, education, or training (NEETs). As the digital economy continues to reshape industries worldwide, there is an increasing demand for advanced ICT skills, such as coding, which many young people currently lack. REBOOTCAMP aims to bridge this gap by equipping young individuals with the essential digital skills required for the future job market. This project aligns with the European Foundation for Innovative Development’s mission to promote innovation, lifelong learning, and sustainable development.

About the Project:

As technology rapidly transforms the employment landscape, millions of jobs requiring digital expertise are emerging, yet there is a significant shortage of skilled workers to fill these roles. REBOOTCAMP addresses this challenge by engaging young people in immersive summer bootcamps, where they will learn coding and other ICT skills. These bootcamps not only focus on technical skills but also foster critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and other “Skills for Life,” which are essential for navigating the complexities of modern life. The project’s innovative approach, which combines education with real-world experience, aims to make digital literacy accessible and engaging, ultimately helping youth to connect with the professional ICT community and explore potential career paths.
